Done safely, done once
Power off and verified at the fixture before any wires are touched, connections made properly, and the fixture mounted to a box that can actually carry its weight. Heavy chandeliers and fans need the right support, and we check for it rather than hoping.
Honest limits
Fixture swaps, fans, and switches are our lane. If your project needs new circuits or panel work, we will tell you up front that it is a licensed-electrician job instead of quietly getting in over our heads. You will always know which kind of job you have before work starts.
Pricing
Fixture and fan installs are quoted as free estimates: tell us what is going up, what is coming down, and the ceiling height, and you will get a clear number first. As a reference for similar exhaust work, a recent two-bathroom-fan install ran $580 complete.

Frequently asked questions
Can you install a fixture I already bought?
Yes, that is the most common job. Have it on site and we will handle the rest, including hauling away the old fixture and packaging.
Do you install ceiling fans?
Yes, including swaps of existing fans and fan-plus-light combinations. High ceilings are fine; mention the height when you book.
Are dimmers and smart switches included in what you do?
Yes. Single switches, dimmers, and popular smart models are quick installs and can be added to any visit.
Is this safe without an electrician?
Like-for-like fixture and switch swaps on existing wiring are standard handyman work done with power off and verified. Anything needing new wiring gets referred to a licensed electrician, and we will say so plainly.
How long does an install take?
A standard fixture swap usually takes under an hour. Chandeliers and fans on tall ceilings take longer, and your estimate will say so.
